Jeroen Koolen
Jeroen began his career at NIBC’s leveraged finance department in 2014. In 2018, he moved to the debt advisory team of Nielen Schuman, where he progressed to the role of director in 2024. During his 6-year tenure, he specialized in advising private equity clients on mostly dual-track acquisition financing processes, negotiating senior and unitranche structures. He successfully advised numerous borrowers in both the lower- and upper Dutch midmarket, across a wide range of industries
